Our specialized services are geared toward companies that wish to introduce,
expand or refine a World Wide Web presence with emphasis toward
functional utility and ease of use.
To achieve this goal we work closely with our clients to clearly define their
particular needs. We then establish a framework into which we can
assemble an effective Web interface that will enhance our clients service
capabilities for their particular clientele. This could include sales, product
information, company histories, ordering capabilities, community outreach,
marketing, inventory access or simply direct communications.
This type of functionality however, is not limited to the internet. It is just as
flexible an information system when configured as an intranet structure
providing intra-company communications that can improve information access
and file sharing among employees and management.
Behind the functional front end (Web interface), we work with our clients to
set-up access to their database and information retrieval / tracking
systems by utilizing CGI (Common Gateway Interface), Java, HTML
(HyperText Markup Language) or other programming modalities to give our
clients and their patrons numerous ways in which their relationship is enhanced.
In addition to this very customized, service and support oriented Web
development strategy, we also endeavor to imbue a refined and functional
aesthetic that is characteristic of our clients existing "look". If necessary
we will gladly work with our clients to develop a complete new visual identity for both
web applications, printed collaterals or other promotional materials.
We are also aware of how important it is for our clients to be able to easily
modify content for their Web site themselves. To realize this goal we will
develop a secure Web site that communicates with the public Web site
allowing our client to make the content changes as they see fit. Examples
include changing prices, eliminating a discontinued product, updating product
service information, or modifying a particular area of text to accurately
reflect any philosophical or operational changes. Thus, developing a user-friendly
Web interface that allows our client to implement these changes in-house
with existing personnel, reduces site maintenance expenses by
eliminating the need of hiring outside programmers for these rudimentary
Web related tasks.
